DRC Youth Project
Glasgow
The DRC Youth Project (SCIO) is a modern youth service which supports young people aged 8-26 along the Dumbarton Road Corridor and across the North-West of Glasgow as a partner in the highly successful Pathfinder programme. Our project uses a community learning and development approach to youth work that is responsive to the needs identified by young people, partners and relevant agencies. We focus on areas such as youth employability, mental and physical health, drugs & alcohol, affordable food provision, digital inclusion, and cross community initiatives with an aim to provide an alternative to crime, anti-social behaviour, territorial issues, substance misuse, addictions and unhealthy lifestyles.Young people are at the heart of everything we do, and our aim is that every young person we work with is empowered to live their life to its fullest potential.
